The Police Ombudsman's Office has appealed for information about an incident at Church Street in Enniskillen during the early hours of Saturday 6 November 2004.

Police Ombudsman investigators would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, during which CS incapacitant spray was discharged by police.

They are particularly keen to establish the circumstances in which the spray was discharged.

Following a request from the Deputy Chief Constable of the PSNI, the Police Ombudsman's Office currently investigates every use of CS Spray by police in Northern Ireland.
