The Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland is investigating an incident involving a police vehicle in Cookstown on Tuesday 5 May 2026. The incident is believed to have taken place in close to junction of Killymoon Street with Killymoon Road, Cookstown around 1:45pm.
Ombudsman investigators would like to speak to anyone with DASHCAM, mobile phone footage or anyone who may have witnessed what occurred.
