The Police Ombudsman has appealed for witnesses to an incident involving police officers and a member of the public outside Woodbourne Police Station in west Belfast.
 
It happened between 12 noon and 12:30pm on 12 October last year. Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact the Police Ombudsman’s Freephone witness appeal line on 0800 032 7880.
