Appeal for information about Odyssey incident

The Police Ombudsman’s Office has appealed for information about an incident which happened outside the Odyssey Arena, Belfast, in the early hours of Sunday 20 October past.

It involved a struggle between an officer and a man who had been arrested, and happened at around 2.40am close to the traffic lights at the front of the complex.

A spokesman for the Office said: “We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who may have used their mobile phone to take pictures or record video footage of the incident.
