| Leaflets |
| The Office has produced a number of leaflets to inform members of the public and, in particular those who wish to make a complaint, about certain aspects of the police complaints process. |

| As part of its commitment to equality of opportunity, and in line with its obligations under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, the Office has produced details about its complaints process in Mandarin, Irish and Ulster Scots. These details are also available on audio tape for those who have difficulty with their sight. |

| Corporate Reports/Plans |
| The Police Ombudsmans Office is obliged by law to produce an Annual Report, Corporate Plan and Accounts and have them laid before Parliament. As part of our commitment to openness the Office also publishes policies it has put in place in relation to a variety of issues. |

| Investigative Reports |

Under Section 62 of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 the Police Ombudsmans Office may publish reports following major investigations. Decisions as to when to publish such reports and what material to include in them are taken at the discretion of the Police Ombudsman. |
